LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (LPPD) DISCLOSURE TEXT

As Advert Park, we hereby inform you that we process your personal data collected through application forms as a data controller, within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“LPPD”).

1. Personal Data Processed

The following personal data obtained from you through job application forms, resumes, emails, interviews, or references may be processed:

• Your identity information (name, surname, etc.)

• Your contact information (phone number, email, residence information, etc.)

• Your education and professional information

• References, project samples, work experience details, if any

• Technical competency information

• Other data you shared during the interview

2. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Conducting recruitment processes

• Planning candidate evaluation processes

• Planning human resources processes

• Performing reference checks when necessary

• Ensuring communication and providing information

3. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds:

• Obtaining your explicit consent (LPPD Art. 5/1)

• Being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract

• Being mandatory for legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject

• With authorized human resources personnel,

5. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained until the recruitment process is completed and for 1 year thereafter, then it is destroyed.

6. Your Rights Under the LPPD

Pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD, regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your data is processed

• Request information if it has been processed

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose

• Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad

• Request correction if the data is incomplete or incorrectly processed

• Request deletion or destruction of the data

• Object to results that are unfavorable to you due to analysis by automatic systems

• Request compensation for damages if you suffer any

rights.
